We are a proud member of 5GNOW project, which stands for 5th Generation Non-Orthogonal Waveforms for Asynchronous Signalling. 5GNOW is EU FP7 project developing new PHY and MAC layer concepts and questioning some of the 4G design assumptions such as the need for tight synchronism. The 5GNOW consortium assembles a significant amount of resources and expertise to guarantee the successful completion of the proposed challenges and objectives. It includes: Alcatel Lucent, National Instruments, IS-Wireless, Fraunhofer, CEA Leti and TU Dresden.
